Belmont House Bed and Breakfast is located in the beautiful quaint fishing village of Beer. Located in glorious East Devon, and placed between the Regency towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis (in West Dorset) and neighbouring picturesque village of Branscombe. We are a two minute flat level walk to the sea front, and just off the main high street with FREE adjacent parking.

Belmont House is an ideal base to explore Devon, Dorset and Somerset, and perfect for visiting the country, coast, and picturesque West Country villages and towns. We are a few minutes walk from the South West Coast Path and situated at the western end of the‘Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site’, designated in 2001.(The only natural World Heritage site in the UK)
